A selective, 12-week programme that builds the commercial skills employers are actively hiring for, so you move into a remote sales role with a clear, structured path, not a guessing game.
Technical skill makes you competent. Commercial skill, the ability to communicate value, build trust and influence outcomes, makes you indispensable.
We're not preparing you for one job. We're building a set of capabilities that travel with you across industries, roles and stages of life.
This is not a quick tactic. It's an investment in how you're perceived, valued and compensated for the rest of your career.
Women's Sales Institute is open to any ambitious professional woman looking for more commercial capability and career optionality. The roles below are simply examples of women we've already trained, not a limit on who belongs here.
If you're ambitious, hardworking and looking for more freedom and optionality, without sacrificing your standards, you're in the right place.
Naya spent seven years building commercial experience across institutional finance, enterprise sales, high-ticket sales, hyper-growth startups and entrepreneurship, before founding Women's Sales Institute. She began in FX sales at NatWest Markets, then moved into B2B payments sales at JPMorgan working with high-growth technology companies, earning a promotion from Analyst to Associate.
She later transitioned into high-ticket remote sales, closing more than $6M across B2B and B2C offers and being promoted into sales management as a top-performing closer. She then joined Whop to lead partnerships across the UK and Middle East, generating more than $17M in gross merchandise value in around seven months.
Most sales coaches have only sold in one environment. Naya's experience spans four: institutional financial sales, enterprise B2B sales, high-ticket B2B and B2C sales, and strategic partnerships inside a hyper-growth startup. Each required a different buyer, sales cycle and communication style, and that breadth is what she now teaches: not a script, but how businesses create value, how buying decisions are made, how trust is built, and how to think commercially.
Since founding Women's Sales Institute, she has helped more than 20 professionals, from banking, law, medicine, software engineering, marketing, graphic design and the non-profit sector, transition into remote commercial roles with fast-growing businesses. Through her time at NatWest Markets, JPMorgan and Whop, alongside her work as a closer for some of the world's leading education companies, she has built a network of employers who trust her to send them talent, and Women's Sales Institute students benefit directly from those relationships. Her belief is simple: a woman's career should expand her life, not consume it.
